She started Agile Gangster LLC in 2019, where she gets to be CEO and Chief Instigator, Disruptor, and Pusher of Lean. Why Agile Gangster? An Agile Ganger takes any tools out of their toolbox to get the job done. These are not just Agile tools. They blend Lean, Agile, Project Management and good old-fashioned street smarts to come up with solutions that meet the need of a business partner, not the needs of a framework. Gangsters look to help drive transformation quickly.

Currently Madlyn is at Paramount Global, As VP of Transformation, leading the Office of the CTO,  driving stratgey through Objectives and Key Results (OKRs.) Before ViacomCBS and starting her company she was Director of Lean Enterprises working in the Lean Enterprise Agile Delivery (LEAD) team at Dun & Bradstreet. There, she led a team of Lean Six-Sigma Black Belts who look at large process improvements. She was also the Internal OKR expert and has responsibility for all things OKRs.

Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Maddy held various Director-level roles in the Financial Service Industry and worked in many operational areas including Senior Lean Coach, Agile Scrum Master, User Experience, Delivery and Development, and Business Continuity. Maddy holds a bachelor’s degree, with a double major in in Fine Arts & Technical Theatre from Queens College of NY.
